How do you get final sign-off in your business?

Do you rely on pen and paper to fill out manual forms to be signed, do you wait to get back to the office to send a final confirmation, or even rely on a separate system?

There are plenty of ways to manage, organise and file customer signatures for safekeeping, but the best solution for your business is one that keeps everything together in one place – with jobs and enquiries.

Jim2 Mobile enables sales and service people to keep everything in one place. From a mobile device, manage stock, comments and labour, tied to leads and jobs. Jim2 Mobile completes the workflow by capturing your customer’s signature and saving it in the very same location.

Here’s how to capture customer signatures with Jim2 Mobile:

Ok, you've added your comments, stock and labour to a job/order.

Select 'More' at the bottom right corner of the screen to capture a customer's signature, and tap 'Reports'.

Here you'll find a list of every report available to you, including Signable Reports.

Signable Reports are coloured blue, indicating that these are signable.

Simply select the report of your choice.

Now a confirmation is created from the job/order.

Confirm everything is correct, select the pen icon at the top right of the screen to collect their signature.

Type the name of the customer signing on the dotted line... or space, in this case.

With their name and today's date locked in, it's time for the client to sign.

Just sign in the white space and accept, clear, cancel the approval, or start again by entering a new name.

Jim2 presents the final signed document.

This newly signed confirmation is now tied to the job/quote, and saved in Jim2.

At the same time, the signed report is now available to view by other staff.

And, a copy can be provided to the customer via AirDrop or email, using the options on the screen.

These options are available at the top right of the screen.

Pretty simple, isn't it?

You can capture a customer's signature to a customer signable report at any point in your workflow. Perhaps it's with a new order, delivery, or a finished job, just to name a few.
