Before we say farewell to 2018 in two weeks’ time (do you believe it?), let’s take a quick moment to reflect on the year that’s been at Happen Business.

Continuing Popularity in Mobility, and New Regions

Jim2.Cloud and Jim2 Mobile are going nuts, with 70% of new customers empowering their team to log on from any location with high speed internet access.

Geographically speaking, sites running Jim2 have also expanded to now include customers in Australia, NewZealand, Papua New Guinea, Fiji, South Africa, and the most recent exciting addition – Canada! We're very excited to see our first North American site up and running to end another big year.

Loads of Development Happening

We had our biggest year yet, developing two major versions of Jim2.

Jim2 Version 4.2, which introduced new multilevel manufacturing functionality, major enhancements to user security management, and new region-specific settings to make our Australian, New Zealand and South African users feel at home

And Jim2 Version 4.3 coming soon, which will introduce:

  • New Promotional Pricing feature set across stock quotes and jobs
  • New Commission Sessions that empower managers to track, process and reconcile sales commissions without the hassle
  • New Vendor Stock Flow which provides a single view of the expected delivery date of stock at a line level and the job due date made to your customer
  • Exciting enhancements to bulk payments functionality where one payment can be applied to multiple invoices
  • Expanded region-specific settings to welcome our new Canadian users, and much more.

Happen Team Expansion

Happen's team has grown to welcome several new staff members into customer support, development and system reporting roles.

You may have spoken to our newbies when calling Happen, along with many of the familiar voices of our knowledgeable Happen team as they wrapped up 4,000+ ticketed support jobs in 2018. Some of our most frequently asked questions related to running email ticketing in Jim2, accounts, managed print services process, stock, purchasing, job management and the Jim2 Mobile app.

We are incredibly appreciative of the support and referrals our customers provide. Without our valued Jim2 users, we would not be able to develop and support the exciting things we do.

So, after a monumental year, it's time to kick back, relax, and welcome in 2019 in style.
