We have been using the Jim2 eBusiness Vendor Stock Feeds since the beta release. We are placing all our Ingram orders this way (except Acer custom builds) without any problems. Orders can be placed in the middle of the day and the stock arrives the next day. The trainee we have doing our purchases loves it as there is no tedious data entry for creating new stock or entering the orders on line.
The other thing that I have found to be a huge advantage is the quoting. Previously I had a generic stock item and copied the description and cost from the web. When the quote was accepted I either had to manually create the stock code myself or put the info in for purchasing to do. Now I simply pull the item out of the stock feed and add it to the quote.
To put it simply the eBusiness feature is a huge time saver for your business. It reduces data entry, removes the human error factor and allows your business to function more efficiently. It is a must have for all Jim 2 users.
