SchedulingJim2® Scheduling option manages EVENTS (jobs, holidays, meetings etc) and RESOURCES (staff members) by timeframe, in a CALENDAR format. The Calendar view can be filtered by global, personal and branch views displayed by Date in one day per column view, 5 day view, weekly view, monthly view.
Notification of events can be created within the Schedule by selecting a time/date/ event/ resource and Events relating to Jim2 OBJECTS (Example: Jobs) can be created using menu Scripts within the Job entry screen, that can trigger a Schedule pop-up to appear. The double clicking on a Jim2 Object Event (such as a scheduled Job) will open that object and acknowledgement of a scheduled Event can be shown by a “flag” (such as Event frame changing colour) or set for acknowledgement by “resource” (specific staff member) only Download the fact sheet to read the full story on Jim2® Scheduling

We had been struggling along trying to maintain our original DOS-based system because we believed there wasn’t a commercial application capable of handling the volume and type of transactions necessary for our operations. The changeover to Jim2 Business Engine was less complicated and deployment far easier than we had ever envisaged
