And we can report a successful roll-out of Jim2 to that site, with all requirements met, and over a year of trading under this system! We developed a customised “user interface” for our product to assist/limit staff with data entry choices and worked with management at that site to establish workflow practices to increase the volume and quality of customer services through their front counters.
Other sites in this market sector will be trying to manage similar issues – and (typically) using multiple applications and methods to tie processes together. Jim2 is capable of delivering real time sales analysis, by shift, to identify trends.
