We are scheduling maintenance for Happen's Jim2 Mobile Cloud Servers on Saturday 5th November 2016 at 9:00pm AEDT.

This will impact Jim2 Mobile users only.

What can you expect?

It will result in some warnings being logged by your Jim2 eBusiness Engine (Jes) regarding cloud connectivity, but be assured that Jes will automatically recover from the outage.

We expect the outage on our servers to be less than a few minutes, however the nature of the maintenance means that we need to change the internet addresses of our cloud servers, so it may take a little time for these changes to propagate across the internet. For this reason, the exact downtime for Jim2 Mobile users is hard to predict, although it should be less than a couple of hours.
