  • New functionality to publish and lock down Jim2 Lists to other users, helping businesses to standardise workflow across teams and multiple devices.
  • New Project templates which are purpose built for Managed Services customers, enabling businesses to streamline the project creation process within Jim2 to quickly set up their popular recurring services using a range of templates behind the scenes.
  • New web-based Jim2 Help File gives customers immediate access to the latest education materials that unpin the powerful ERP package. The Help File is regularly updated to ensure customers have a valuable resource at their fingertips, in addition to email and phone support.
  • New clean, flat Jim2 look featuring new splash screens, login screens and colourful skin modes.
  • Enhanced search tools, grouping capability and navigation tools throughout Jim2 to quickly find key information from lists, the comments grid, email folders and more.
  • Added functionality that enables users to bulk email customers and key contacts from a Job, Project or CardFile list within Jim2. This addition combines email templates and specific contacts to easily get need-to-know information to specific customer groups.
  • New spell check and auto-correct features added to many key text areas in Jim2, such as email composer, comments fields, and the Jim2 workspace to ensure niggly typos aren’t a feature on invoices, statements and emails to customers.
  • Additional server backup options – including daily, daily with hourly log, or weekly options.
  • Stock list lookup, default currency and display price levels added to Jim2 Mobile to better inform staff on the road.
